Programmes
Five programmes, one mission.
Everything the Foundation does serves the vision and mission of Veccel International Community School, and extends its impact beyond the campus.

01 · Programme
Scholarships
Up to 40% of VICS students on scholarship, allocated strategically so talent, not income, decides who gets in.
- What it funds
- Tuition, boarding and learning materials for scholarship students at Veccel International Community School, from preschool to Grade 12.
- Who it serves
- Talented children from low-income homes in Kopodor, Prampram, Dawhenya, Miotso, Tsopoli and beyond. Scholarships are income-adjusted and reviewed each year.
- How to help
- A monthly gift sustains a place. Name a scholarship, or fund a cohort through your company or foundation.

02 · Programme
School support
Subsidising operations and infrastructure so premium education costs families a fraction of what it should.
- What it funds
- Operating costs, teacher pay above the market, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, hostels and the campus itself, built in four phases from 2026 to 2043.
- Who it serves
- Every student at VICS, and every family paying fees that are kept deliberately below the cost of the service.
- How to help
- Fund a phase of the campus, sponsor a building or a laboratory, or give towards the general fund.

03 · Programme
Community impact
A library, a clinic and sports grounds open to the public under supervision, plus programmes for the local community.
- What it funds
- Public access to the library, clinic and sports facilities; community programmes; partnerships with GES feeder schools in the district.
- Who it serves
- Households in and around Kopodor and Ningo-Prampram, whether or not their children attend VICS.
- How to help
- Give towards community access, sponsor a programme, or partner as a local organisation.

04 · Programme
Skills & talent
The Veccel School of Fashion legacy since 2018: skills training that leads to work, a business or further study.
- What it funds
- Vocational and talent-development programmes, equipment and mentoring, continuing the work VSOF began in 2018.
- Who it serves
- Young people who need a skill, a start and a network, in Prampram and wherever the Foundation extends its reach.
- How to help
- Sponsor a training cohort, donate equipment, or offer placements and mentoring through your organisation.

05 · Programme
Teacher excellence
Training partnerships and international recruitment so every class of 25 or fewer has an exceptional teacher.
- What it funds
- Teacher training and certification, international recruitment, and the resources teachers need to do their best work.
- Who it serves
- The teachers and facilitators of VICS, and through them every student in every class.
- How to help
- Fund a training partnership, sponsor a teacher’s certification, or bring your institution’s expertise to Kopodor.
Not sure which programme?
Give to the general fund and the board allocates it where the need is greatest that term. You will see where it went in the next report.
